Alright Ladies, get your rulers ready!!

Okay Ladies, it is time to get my butt in gear. The wedding is in 11 months, 1 week and 3 days away according to the hundreds of emails I get counting it down for me, (no wonder there are crazy brides out there!) and there are lots of pounds that need to say bye-bye. And yes, that white dress and the thousands of pictures that are going to be taken is usually enough motivation for women, but for me I am still dragging my feet. But I have had enough!

So I started exercising something fierce on Monday and I am going to let you guys know about it so that if you see that I haven't been good with exercising I am giving everyone free reign to wail on me! Let me have it! Just send me a slap on the wrist. And hopefully this way, I will keep this up and get back on track. So, is everyone with me??

If anyone would like to join me, in the "don't want to get a slap on the wrist" club, please let me know and we can all keep each other accountable.

So here is what I have done thus far this week:

  • Greenway Trails (beautiful paths here in Nashville)
  • 8.24 miles
  • 2 hours 12 minutes
  • 1359 calories
I can't guarantee that I can keep these kinds of numbers up, but I will guarantee to you that I am going to do my best!

  5. Just wanted to wish you luck with your workout routine :) It seems like you're getting off to a good start!

    One thing I've heard from a lot of people is that the Nintendo Wii Fit really gives you a good workout!!! I haven't personally tried it, but I've heard that you really work up a sweat and several of my friends have lost 10-20 lbs doing that alone!
